The brand’s success can be attributed to continuous improvements in product quality, store design, marketing strategies, and internal management. In the first three years, the brand expanded quickly, opening more stores and boosting sales. However, after reaching a certain scale, the company faced management challenges. In response, it launched a three-year improvement plan starting in 2009. That year focused on strengthening internal structures, streamlining workflows, and establishing effective training programs. By 2010, the brand shifted its focus to refining details—such as product design, store presentation, marketing tactics, and management standards. In 2011, the brand entered a new phase of creative development, emphasizing innovation in design, branding, and marketing.
