Yohji Yamamoto Launches Limited Edition Handbag

Not long ago, the famous Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto (Yoomoto Yamamoto) held an exhibition at the “Museum of Fashion and Textile” in Paris. In order to tie in with this event, he specially designed a series of limited-edition Furoshiki ladies' handbags, which were sold exclusively by the museum's commemorative store. Simple, practical and stylish, for only 55 euros each.

"Furoshiki" means a piece of silk or cotton quadrilateral cloth, or a monochrome or print, and it is a Japanese tradition to tie it up for a bag. The Furoshiki handbags now sold with the Paris Museum souvenir shop are easily reminiscent of the burden of Japanese or Chinese ancient people.
