2. Cause

(1) Burning: Mainly occurs on the singeing machine due to improper singeing process.

(2) Hook-off: In the process of dyeing and finishing, all parts of the cloth passing through may be broken. (1) Burned:

(3) Rubbing:

(a) Add lubricant to the bath to reduce the friction between fabrics and equipment.
