"Research and development and industrialization of key technologies for composite spinning of new microfibers and their textiles" project developed solid color darkening island composite microfiber, disperse dyes, atmospheric deep dyed island composite microfiber, split-type high shrinkage polyester-composite The key technology of microfiber preparation, successfully developed three series of composite microfiber and high-grade textiles with high color fastness, normal pressure deep dyeing and no sanding process, such as suede, jeanette and double-faced velvet. It is widely used in fashion and casual wear, home and car interiors, shoe materials and handbags, and has good economic and social benefits. Developed technologies such as dye-free or atmospheric pressure dyeing and low island ratio, which have significant effects on energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction.

The “In-situ Polymerization PET Masterbatch Preparation Technology Research” project independently developed nano-scale dye (pigment) surface modification modified colorant preparation technology, and prepared a color paste with good dispersibility, thermal stability and coloration. On the basis of this, the key technology of color masterbatch for in-situ polymerization of high-viscosity and high-concentration PET was added online, and high-quality masterbatch with effective pigment concentration of 35% and intrinsic viscosity ≥0.6dl/g was successfully obtained. The production cost of PET masterbatch of technical products of this project is greatly reduced, the energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable, the economic and social benefits are obvious, and it has good market application prospects.

The “Development of Raw Liquid Colored PET Super Black Filament Technology” project independently developed the black masterbatch compounding technology, effectively improved the masterbatch blackness, and added system integration innovation through on-line addition of compounding additives, spinning process optimization and key equipment transformation. Smooth spinning under conditions of up to 20% of the masterbatch with a carbon solid content of 30%. The ultra-black polyester filament prepared by the project has uniform color and obvious blackness. The product meets the special needs of blackout curtain fabric, luggage cloth, shoe and hat cloth, wire rope and other fields, and has good market application prospects. The project helps to reduce the environmental pollution in the post-processing process, with obvious effects on energy conservation and emission reduction, and good economic and social benefits.
