Meng Na is recognized by the judicial definition of Wu Youtian well-known trademarks

The Monaco+MENGNA combined Chinese and English trademark of Zhejiang Mengna Knitting Socks Co., Ltd. was recently recognized as a well-known trademark in China. This is the third China well-known trademark owned by Yiwu following Langsha and Xinguang.

Different from the former two, "Mona" takes the judicial approach. According to Shen Chundong, assistant to Chairman of Zhejiang Mengna Knitting Hosiery Co., Ltd., the identification of well-known trademarks through judicial channels is not easier than through other channels. However, the well-known trademarks that are found through the courts are essentially the same as those found through other channels and have the same meaning. From the perspective of the administrative department of industry and commerce, it is the direct determination of a product or service; from the perspective of the court, it is through the company’s aspirations, through strict investigation and evidence collection, to legally prove that the company’s products or services are well-known. Therefore, no matter what kind of certification is a legal recognition of the quality of a product or service, there is no essential difference between them.
